This is easily the most exciting 3 days the ghost crew has ever had. A new game to play, new faces, requested tattoos and discussions of self acceptance, culminating with one of the strangers having a fling with the captain and then the same stranger finally getting him and the first mate to hook up. What an episode, and we just barely got to break

Does it feel to anyone else like the in character motivation to offer that was ~yes~ partially enormous and dangerous devotion. But ALSO?? The idea that maybe if Laudna accidentally hurt Imogen it would be the only way she’d realize feeding Delilah is a bad idea? Because Imogen trusts Laudna enough to know she would never KILL her but the chance that Laudna seeing Imogen hurt at her hand would be enough to snap her out of whatever suicide mission she’s decided is a worthy cause?? In all this talk about sacrifices this is a sacrifice she’s willing to make? For the only greater good she’s ever cared about which is Laudna????? Anyways!!!!

I couldn’t be happier with a not insubstantial amount of this episode being devoted to a love triangle between a ghost ship’s fearsome skeleton pirate captain and his flaming one eyed skeleton navigator and a 6 foot tall fire faun who just wanted to steal a little bit and didn’t want all this.
